The Board of Brentwood Trace II Homeowners Association

The affairs of the homeowners association are governed by a Board of Managers composed of five homeowners. The powers and duties of the Board include:

	Operation, care, upkeep and maintenance of the common elements
	Collection of association dues
	Adoption and amendments of rules and regulations
	Overseeing repairs, additions, and improvements to the property
	Employing the personnel necessary for the maintenance and operation of the common elements
	Managing the financial revenue and expense of the homeowners association

The Board of Managers is essentially in place to represent the collective interests of Brentwood Trace II homeowners. Homeowners with ideas, questions, and/or concerns are encouraged to contact one or more of the Board members. While daily repair and maintenance requests are fielded by the property manager, David Floyd & Associates, the Board of Managers is available to discuss any HOA information as well as any questions or concerns homeowners or potential buyers may have.
